Love where you live.
Ride where you live.

Horse farms, equestrian homes and land in Aiken, South Carolina, plus a smooth landing for buyers relocating from out of state. Shelby Stanfill, REALTOR®, Keller Williams Realty Aiken Partners.

Why Aiken is different

Aiken isn’t like other horse towns.

Clay roads in the Historic Horse District. About 70 miles of sandy trails in Hitchcock Woods. Equestrian communities built around arenas and trail networks. Shopping here means weighing what sits outside the house as carefully as what’s inside it: the barn, the fence lines, the ground you’ll ride on and how far it is to the trails.

Cavallo Horse Properties helps you weigh all of it, whether you’re bringing two horses or twenty, or relocating for work, family or a fresh start.

Shelby Stanfill, REALTOR, with her horse in Aiken, SC

Meet Shelby

She’s made the move with horses herself

Shelby Stanfill is a REALTOR® with Keller Williams Realty Aiken Partners who helps horse owners and relocating families buy and sell in Aiken, South Carolina, and the communities nearby.

Horses have been part of Shelby’s life since she was three. She rides and shows in dressage with her Grand Prix horse, and when her family moved across the country to Aiken, all three of their horses were flown here too. That move taught her firsthand what it takes to relocate with horses, and she now uses that experience to help other buyers do the same.
