Shelby Stanfill is a REALTOR® with Keller Williams Realty Aiken Partners who helps horse owners and relocating families buy and sell in Aiken, South Carolina, and the communities nearby.

Horses have been part of Shelby’s life since she was three, and she has owned them ever since. Today she rides and shows in dressage with her Grand Prix horse, Navarro. Aiken’s charm, its history and, most of all, what Shelby calls “horse Disneyland” won her family over, so they moved across the country and had all three of their horses, Navarro, Duke and Little Diddy, flown here.

That move taught Shelby firsthand what it takes to relocate with horses and settle into a new town, from finding the right farm to the logistics of getting horses here safely. She now uses that experience to help other buyers do the same. Shelby held a California real estate license for 10 years before bringing her career to Aiken.

Buying from out of state? Shelby makes it easy to shop from a distance. She previews homes and farms with video tours and live FaceTime walkthroughs, checks barns, fencing, footing and arenas in person, shares her trusted local vet, farrier and horse transport contacts, and can handle inspections and closing remotely with e-signing.

Outside real estate, Shelby co-owns Esprit Equestrian, an e-commerce brand that designs and sells quality, functional, affordable clothing for riders.

Why Cavallo? Cavallo is Italian for “horse.” Shelby loves Italy, and she chose the name because it sounds as elegant as the horses and homes it stands for.
